Where are you located?

Krystal Kollective is based in Long Beach, California, but we don’t stay in one place. We proudly serve couples throughout California and are available for destination weddings beyond the state. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Do you replace a wedding photographer or videographer?

No. Wedding content creation is an additional service and is not intended to replace professional photography or videography. We work alongside your photo and video team to capture the in-between moments and behind-the-scenes content they may not be focused on.

What is included in my wedding content package?

Each package includes vertical, social-media-ready content, candid moments throughout your day, edited videos, a recap video, and raw footage. Specific deliverables vary by package.
How quickly will I receive my content?

Edited content will be delivered within 48 hours after your event. All raw footage will be delivered within one week after your event.
How do I receive my content ?

Your final content will be delivered digitally through Dropbox, making it easy to download, save, and share.
Can I request specific moments or content?

Absolutely! We encourage couples to share any must-have moments, trends, sounds, or specific content ideas they want captured. We’ll also use our creative direction to capture the natural, candid moments that make your day yours.

Do you offer engagement or rehearsal dinner coverage?

Yes! Engagement session content and rehearsal dinner coverage are available as add-ons. Engagement session content starts at $350, and rehearsal dinner coverage starts at $350.
Can I add more hours to my package?

Yes! Additional coverage is available at $150 per hour, subject to availability.
Can I choose the music for my edited videos?

Yes! You can share songs or sounds you’d love to use, and I’ll do my best to incorporate them when appropriate and available for social media use.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle and credit card payments through Square. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% credit card surcharge.

How does payment work?

Once you select your package, a 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
Is there a discount for paying in full?

Yes! Receive 3% off your package price when you pay in full at the time of booking.
The 3% discount applies to the package price only and does not apply to credit card processing or surcharge fees.
Can I pay in full by credit card and still receive the discount?

Yes. The 3% pay-in-full discount applies to the package price when paid in full. The 3.5% credit card surcharge will still apply to the discounted total.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding dates. Availability is limited, and your date is not secured until your retainer and required booking documents are completed.
